02. Scope of this policy
This policy covers brivox.tech, website enquiries and related correspondence with our team. Our homepage and Contact Us page offer the same meeting-request workflow.
Products, account services and external websites may have separate privacy information. This includes GRAVBASE, the BRIVOX Hub product ecosystem, social platforms. Review the notice provided by the service you use.
03. Information we handle
- Meeting requests: your name, email address, phone number, preferred date and time, timezone and the page from which you make the request.
- Newsletter requests: your email address and subscription source.
- Correspondence: information you choose to share by email, phone, WhatsApp or another contact channel, such as your company and project requirements.
- Technical information: hosting and security providers may process your IP address, browser information, request times and security events to deliver and protect the website.
Contact details and meeting preferences are needed to respond and arrange a meeting. If you prefer not to provide them through a form, you can contact us directly. Avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
A form sends information only when its submission service is available and you submit it. If the service is unavailable, the page tells you and offers direct contact options; it does not confirm a booking or subscription. Form information is not saved in browser storage by our form code.
04. Why we use information
Enquiries & meeting arrangements
We use contact details and preferences to respond, discuss requirements and arrange a conversation. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, we rely on those pre-contractual steps. For business representatives and general enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding and managing business relationships, using only information relevant to the conversation.
Newsletter updates
When you ask to subscribe, we use your email with your consent to send BRIVOX updates. Booking a meeting does not subscribe you. You can withdraw consent through the unsubscribe option in an email or by contacting us.
Website delivery & protection
We rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the website reliable, preventing abuse and investigating technical problems. Processing should be proportionate to that purpose and balanced against visitors’ privacy.
Legal obligations
We may retain or disclose relevant records when necessary to meet an applicable legal obligation. The particular records and obligation depend on the circumstances.
We do not use this website’s enquiry forms to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
BRIVOX Learning & Google sign-in
Learning videos and published lessons can be viewed without a BRIVOX account. If you choose Continue with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, name, verified email address and, when available, profile image to create and authenticate your learning account. We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive or contacts.
We store your learning profile, path enrolments, lessons you mark complete and progress. For published assessments, we store your attempts, submitted answers, results and issued certificates, including the name you choose for the certificate. Progress and results are private to your account and authorized administrators. Public certificate verification displays your chosen certificate name, certificate number, learning path, issue date and validity status. Certificate PDFs are available through your authenticated learning account.
Google account data is used for sign-in and your learning profile. It is not sold or shared for advertising, and signing in does not subscribe you to marketing or learning emails. Your learning account is separate from referral accounts. The browser retains a sign-in token so you can continue learning; signing out removes it. You can ask us to delete your learning account and associated records using the contact details on this page, subject to applicable retention requirements.
YouTube videos load when you select Watch lesson. Google and YouTube process information under their own privacy policies. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain.
Careers & job applications
When you apply for a role, we store the role you choose, your name, contact details, location, relevant experience, Slack and CRM experience, profile links and CV file or link. We use this information to review your application and communicate with you about the hiring process. Uploaded CVs and application records are private to authorised hiring administrators. Submitting an application does not create an account or subscribe you to marketing emails.
We retain application records for recruitment review and follow-up. You can contact us using the details on this page to request access to or deletion of your application. If you provide an external CV or profile link, its visibility is controlled by the service where you host it. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in your CV.
BRIVOX Partners & project requests
The partner programme stores your name, verified email, phone, country, company, professional experience and uploaded profile photo. We use these to manage your partner account and referrals. Your wallet records commissions, availability, withdrawal requests and transfer references; beneficiary details are accessible only to you and authorized BRIVOX administration.
Customers use the same Google identity provider as Learning. When you choose the customer workspace, we create a separate customer record linked to that verified Google identity; we do not merge password accounts based only on matching email addresses. Your learning progress and certificates remain in the learning profile.
We save project drafts, requirements, budgets, quotes, messages and attachments. Referred conversations are shared with the customer, the relevant partner and assigned BRIVOX staff. Direct conversations are shared with the customer and assigned team. Partner commissions and withdrawal details are excluded from the customer's view. Emails notify authorized participants of new messages; notification delivery depends on our email provider.
Optional BRIVOX AI assistance sends your question and current project draft to our configured AI provider through OpenRouter. It helps prepare your request and does not set final prices or authorize payments. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or information you are not entitled to share. Cloudflare Turnstile protects partner registration and sign-in. Browser storage retains your sign-in token; project drafts are stored in your account on the server.
We use these details to manage requested projects, the partner relationship and payouts, and to protect accounts from abuse. Contact us about access, corrections or deletion. Financial records may need to be retained for applicable accounting and legal obligations. Recovery and email changes require support verification.
06. International access
Our team operates in Egypt, so information you send to us may be accessed and handled there. Hosting, email and other service providers may also operate in different countries.
Where international-transfer restrictions apply, access or transfer must use an applicable lawful mechanism, such as an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or a permitted exception. You can contact us for details of the locations and safeguards relevant to your information.
07. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and meeting information for the period needed to handle the request, follow up and maintain a relevant business relationship. We consider whether the conversation remains active, whether a project or dispute requires the record, and applicable legal obligations when deciding when to delete it.
Subscriber information is kept while the subscription remains active. After an unsubscribe request, a minimal suppression record may be kept to avoid sending further marketing. Technical logs follow the hosting or security provider’s retention arrangements. You can ask us about retention or request deletion of your information.
09. Your choices & rights
Depending on the applicable law and the reason for processing, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information. You can withdraw consent where we rely on it; this does not affect earlier lawful processing.
You can object to direct marketing at any time. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests, including explaining circumstances specific to you.
Email [email protected] to exercise a right. We may need enough information to verify your identity and locate the record. We respond within the applicable legal timeframe and explain any lawful limits.
You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or another competent data-protection authority. Contacting us first is welcome but is not a condition of making a complaint.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information and processing involved. Access should be limited to the people and providers who need it. No internet service or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
This website’s meeting form does not upload project files or process payments. If a project requires confidential material, we will agree a suitable sharing approach with you.
11. Children
This business website and its enquiry forms are intended for adults. We do not knowingly solicit children’s personal information through these forms. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and address it.
12. Changes & contact
We update this policy when website features or information handling change. The date above shows the latest revision. Where appropriate, we will bring material changes to your attention.
Questions can be sent to [email protected]. Our Terms of Use explain how this website may be used.
Article ratings
When you choose a star rating, the browser creates a random identifier and keeps it for up to twelve months so you can update your vote. If browser storage is unavailable, the identifier lasts only in the current tab. The server stores a hash of this identifier and your score against the article. The public page shows only the combined rating and number of votes. A rating is not linked to a newsletter subscription or contact enquiry. Votes are removed when their article is deleted. The identifier helps prevent repeated votes from the same browser; it does not verify a person’s identity.
AI assistant conversations
When you send a message to BRIVOX AI, the chat service stores your messages, assistant replies, timestamps and conversation status to respond and let you continue the conversation. Relevant conversation context may be processed by an AI service provider supporting our assistant. Avoid sharing passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
If you choose to share your name and email or phone number and ask our team to follow up, those details and project information you provide can be recorded as a potential customer enquiry linked to your conversation. This does not reserve a meeting or subscribe you to marketing emails. AI summaries may contain mistakes and need human review.
The browser keeps a private conversation identifier and access token in this tab’s session storage so you can resume your own history. Until an operation is confirmed, this tab also keeps the exact pending request and the details you chose to submit so a lost connection can be retried without duplicating a request. Confirmed pending payloads are removed; the full conversation history is held by the chat service. Other visitors cannot use the public widget to browse your conversations. Our authorised owner administration can access chat records and enquiries.
The current chat service normally removes inactive conversation records, including contact details captured within them, after 30 days. You can request access or deletion by contacting [email protected]. Any separate correspondence you start with the team follows the enquiry retention described above.
The widget transmits a message only after you send it. If the chat service is not available, the widget offers direct contact and does not claim your message or details were saved.
