CLEAR INFORMATION. DIRECT CONTACT.
TERMS OF USE.
The terms for visiting our website, exploring our work and starting a conversation with our team.
Last updated:
01. This website & its operator
These terms apply to your use of brivox.tech. The website is operated by BRIVOX TECHNOLOGIES LTD, company number 16703823, registered in England and Wales, with registered address at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. Our day-to-day operations run from Egypt.
Please use the website in accordance with these terms and applicable law. If you have questions, contact [email protected].
02. Enquiries & meeting requests
Please provide accurate contact information and only information you are entitled to share. A preferred date and time in the meeting form is a request. It does not reserve a slot or create a confirmed meeting; our team will confirm the arrangement.
If online submission is unavailable, you can contact us by email or WhatsApp. A failed request is not treated as a confirmed booking. Sending an enquiry does not create a paid engagement or require you to purchase a service.
03. Free meeting, prototype & demo
We offer a free 30-minute meeting, a free prototype and a free demo to help explore a project direction. We agree the focus and format with you so the work is relevant to the business challenge.
A prototype or demo is an exploratory deliverable. It is not a commitment to deliver a complete production system, a particular release date or unrestricted ongoing development for free. The intended use and any sharing or handover arrangements are discussed with you.
Any paid work requires a separate agreed scope and commercial proposal. No payment or subscription is created by browsing this website or requesting a conversation.
04. Projects & product services
This website introduces our capabilities and products. A project agreement defines the scope, price, milestones, responsibilities, support, confidentiality, intellectual property, third-party costs and other commercial terms. Those agreed terms govern the engagement.
Product descriptions may show the direction or an illustrative workflow. Features marked in development are not presented as released services. Ask us about current availability and supported features before relying on a product for your business.
Engineering Studio Lab’s seven-day trial, product subscriptions and any paid service are subject to the terms shown when that service is offered. GRAVBASE has a separate platform on its own subdomain. The referral programme on brivox.team has its own programme terms. This page does not enrol you in either service.
05. Acceptable use
You may browse the site, follow its links and use its forms for genuine enquiries and subscription requests. Please do not:
- Attempt unauthorised access, bypass access controls or interfere with the website or its infrastructure.
- Submit malicious material, spam, impersonation or personal information you are not entitled to share.
- Use the forms or contact channels to harass others, commit fraud or facilitate unlawful activity.
- Overload the site or run security tests against our systems without prior written permission.
We may take proportionate steps to protect the website from misuse, including limiting abusive requests.
06. Content & ownership
Website text, design, branding and other material are owned by BRIVOX or used with permission, except where another owner or licence is identified. You may read and share links to the public pages. Reuse of protected material must comply with the applicable permission, licence or legal exception.
You retain your rights in information you provide to us. Sharing an enquiry does not transfer ownership of your project. Ownership of project deliverables and permissions to use a prototype are addressed in the relevant agreement.
Third-party names, marks and linked services belong to their respective owners. A link does not by itself represent endorsement or a partnership.
07. AI & visual content
AI examples, animations, visualizations and design concepts illustrate a workflow or direction. They should be reviewed in context and are not a guarantee of accuracy, performance or a particular business outcome.
AI outputs can contain errors or omit important information. Interior design visualizations do not replace professional checks of dimensions, engineering, construction details, material suitability or applicable requirements. Have qualified people review outputs before acting on them.
Any production AI system, permitted data use and decision responsibilities are defined for that product or project.
08. External services & links
The site links to product platforms, social networks, GitHub, WhatsApp and Trustpilot. These services operate independently and have their own terms and privacy policies. Review them before using the service.
The optional Trustpilot widget loads when you choose to enable it. Third-party availability and content are controlled by the relevant provider. We do not guarantee that an external page or service will remain available.
09. Availability & responsibility
We aim to keep website information accurate and the site available, but pages may be updated or unavailable during maintenance or an interruption. Let us know if you find an error. Before making a project decision, confirm the details relevant to your requirements with our team.
General website material is an introduction to our work, not individual legal, financial or other regulated professional advice. We do not guarantee a commercial outcome from using it.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing removes statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibilities for paid services are set out in the applicable agreement, subject to those rights.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling for this website, forms and related correspondence. A meeting request does not subscribe you to marketing updates. Newsletter subscription is a separate choice and can be withdrawn.
11. Applicable law
These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Where you have mandatory rights under another applicable law, these terms do not remove them.
The courts of England and Wales may hear disputes relating to these terms. If you are a consumer, this does not prevent you from bringing a claim in a court available under your mandatory local rights. We welcome the opportunity to discuss and resolve concerns directly first.
12. Changes & contact
We may update these website terms as the site changes. The date at the top identifies this version. Updates do not retrospectively change a separately agreed project contract.
Contact [email protected] or visit Contact Us with a question about these terms.
AI assistant
BRIVOX AI helps you explore our products and services. Its answers and summaries may contain mistakes; discuss important project decisions with our team. A chat reply does not create a contract, confirm a price, reserve a meeting or guarantee a project outcome. Sharing contact details through the assistant is an enquiry, and does not subscribe you to our newsletter.
Conversations are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not send secrets or sensitive personal information in the chat.
